HAWAII our 50Th State

Hawaii has it all, well maybe not the wildebeest safari.  But they have things you wouldn’t expect: active and inactive Volcanoes; you can stand on the rim of Hallema’uma’u Firepit, and with luck watch Pele at play as lava fountains spring up from the firepit. You can even walk through a long lava tube, created by a molten stream centuries ago. Or, book a helicopter ride over the Volcano. If this isn’t something you would like to do, then how about Stargazing on Hawaii’s Big Island: Home to one of the most renowned astronomical sites on the planet; did you know that!

Are you becoming a little bit interested in traveling? You can read about it in a book, or on the internet, but the experiences and enjoyment of travel can't be found by reading. You need to feel the culture,  taste the food, and soak up the scenery, step onto the Arizona; nothing like it. Each island offers something different.

Hawaii has it's own Cowboys and one of the largest ranches in the world. One Western town has a seasonal Rodeo and of course there is horseback riding on several islands.  You can even ride a Mule if you would like to.  The Mule ride is a must. Spectacular waterfalls, beautiful bays, and flowers just about everywhere you go. Not all beaches and snorkeling "but they offer a lot of that too!"
